Drink H2O, think water first, 3. Two serves of fruit and five of vegies).||Drinking water instead of sweetened drinks, increasing physical activity and reducing sedentary behaviour and increasing vegetable and fruit consumption and reducing consumption, of energy dense nutrient poor foods.
